Original language description
Development of creativity is one of the main goals of education. This chapter deals with external factors influencing creativity in art education at the primary and pre-primary level. Analyzes selected situations that hinder or reduce development of creativity. Conclusions are based on the content analysis of a set of 3800 drawings and paintings evaluated in a kindergardens art competition and on analysis of students preparation for hours of art education on a first grade of primary school. This text summarizes the most important teaching errors in relation to the development of student creativity.
