The Czech Republic is divided into different regions, districts and municipalities with extended powers. These individual regions differ from each other mainly in economic and social development and the ability to obtain grants. Also qualifying knowledgerequired to perform elective office are highly individual. For this reason, the University of Hradec Kralove began offering e-learning courses to enhance knowledge skills of employees of the elected offices. These courses are focused primarily on economic and managerial knowledge. At the University of Hradec Kralove there was originated a new course Project Management for Public Administration which determinate to help agencies get grants, streamline its operations and reduce regional disparities. Thispaper aims to introduce e-learning course Project Management for Public Administration.
