Current Managerial Communication Based on Modern Technology and Cross-Cultural Exchanges
Original language description
The unprecedented changes in current global communication due to new information technologies have recently led to new approaches to cross-cultural communication strategies on managerial level. The paper focuses on the importance of communication and, with that connected, the central role of human-based computing in company efficiency development. Knowledge discovery and its further dissemination is based on the development of human capital and also on various technological means enabling the multiple channel communication, i.e. multidirectional communication in business and technological environments. Proper knowledge communication is thus the way to enhance company efficiency.
