Authors evaluate their experience with students´ motivation in their seminar groups. They distinguish four sources of motivation but they are tackling only the ones which can be influenced by a teacher or his students. They are drawing their attention tostudent´s interest, to evaluating his or her success or failure in connection with subsequent motivation. They are presenting teacher´s possible approaches and aiming their attention at the influence of a seminar group of its members. They mention the importance of e-learning as a motivation tool for some students in this connection.
