The use of podcasting in University education
Original language description
Podcasting is a phenomenon which has seen huge development in the last few years. Podcasts are usually audio or video files that can be downloaded to your computer and played. The vast majority of podcasts is free and has no advertising added, which is very important for teachers' needs. Podcasting was worked out in 2004 as a kind of an alternative of the radio broadcast through the internet. To download podcasts you do not need anything except a computer and an Internet connection, there is no need forany special software or MP3 player.
