  • Original language description

ompany managements are facing an urgent need of change in the way of thinking in the management of communication flows within the company. Several studies have showed a significant link between internal communication and employee involvement, introducing innovations, safety at work, sickness absence, fluctuations and recruitment. The aim of this paper is to present a draft of the map of effective internal communication tools. Used methods are retrospective analysis of internal communication documents, guided interviews with managers and communications specialist. The basis of effective internal communication map is a strategic, tactical and operational plan for internal communication and integrated planning of communication tools and internal channels. The consistency between internal and external communication systems is formed from employer branding and corporate values that enhance the performance of the company but they also have an impact on recruitment, quality of candidates and ultimately on the image of the company and its financial results.
