Original language description
Innovations in technology over the last two decades have become a means to empower individuals with disabilities by becoming a tool for independence. The paper deals with the issue of rehabilitation and the development of computer literacy in our country with focus on the disabled citizens. Selected issues from Strategic framework for employment policy by 2030 in the Czech Republic are presented and examined. The aim of the paper is to identify key issues of rehabilitation, present model of coordinated rehabilitation on the free labor market by disabled citizens in the connection with future trends on the Czech market. This aim serves as a starting point for the reaching of the sub-goal, which deals with realization of interconnected and collaborative system of rehabilitation. Even education does not solve everything, people also need to improve on ICT and digital competences that are one of the part of smart cities in daily life. In professional life is spoken about Industry 4.0 and Work 4.0.
