The increasing complexity of computing structures, especially large-scale computer networks, increases the need for monitoring and optimizing their operation. Different methods, tools and proceses are created to enable the monitoring of the the performance parameters of the conventional networks, but also the means to design optimal structures for a specific application environment. These issues have been in our work environment for a number of years and we have also presented the results of our sucessat various conferences and congresses USA (8th Joint Conference on Information Sciences. Salt Lake City, the WCECS 2009, San Francisco) and for us to ICSC (International Conference on Soft Computing)
