Currently, many companies felt a problem with lack of finance, due to the adverse impact of the economic crisis. Therefore, each firm is trying to get their finances from their debtors as soon as possible. Due to the increasingly circulating problems paying within the supplier-customer relations there is the importance of special forms of financing. One of such forms is factoring. This form offers a solution in the event that the lender does not want to wait for the repayment of the claims; he/she needs the resources previously or fears of default claims. Operational funding on the basis of assignment of the receivables factoring company enables clients to bridge the fluctuations in the cash, stabilize and also enables better plan of its cash flows. This post is trying to bring this alternative and analyze the situation on the factoring market in the Czech Republic.
