Mutation analysis of candidate genes SCN1B, KCND3 and ANK2 in patients with clinical diagnosis of long QT syndrome
Original language description
n a group of 12 patients with clinical diagnosis of long QT syndrome a hypothesis was tested that candidate genes SCN1B, KCND3 and ANK2 could be involved in pathophysiology. Five polymorphisms were found these genes, none of them has coding effect.
