Molekulárněbiologická diagnostika invazívních mykotických infekcí vyvolaných vzácnými vláknitými houbami
Original language description
Number of invasive fungal infections caused by rare fungal pathogens (mainly zygomycetes) have increased in last years. Diagnostics of these infections is very complicated and application of specific detection of fungal DNA in clinical samples could be helpful. There is a stronger evidence of methods newly presented in last years that might be very promising for the future. This article offers a review of these methods.
