Original language description
The paper copes with diagnosing Hashimoto's lymphocytic thyroiditis based on anutomatic texture analysis of sonographic images. The method distinguishes between healthy tissue and tissue with imflammation. For every image, the feature vector is calculated and it is classified using gaussian mixture model.

Článek se zabývá diagnostikou Hašimotovy lymfocytické tyroiditidy založené na automatické analýze textur ultrazvukového snímku. Metoda rozlišuje zdravou a nemocnou tkáň. Pro každý výsek ultrazvukového snímku se počítá vektor příznaků a ten je klasifikován pomocí Gaussovských směsí
