Transition between graphical and algebraic representatives of Bayesian network models

Result description

In learning Bayesian networks one meets the problem of unique representing of the respective statistical model. A graphical approach uses so-called essential graph as a represententative while an algebraic approach uses a certain intergral vector, calleda standard imset. A direct formula for the standard imset on basis of the essential graph and an inverse two-stage algorithm are presensted in the paper.

Přechod mezi grafickými a algebraickými reprezentanty modelů určených Bayesovskými sítěmi
