Original language description
This paper discusses abductive reasoning - that is, reasoning in which explanatory hypotheses are formed and evaluated. To model uncertainty in human cognition and real world applications; we use multi-adjoint logic programming to introduce and study a model of abduction problem. We prove soundness and completeness wrt computed and correct explanations.
