Meteoroid streams identification amongst 231 Southern hemisphere video meteors
Original language description
We calculated orbits for 231 meteors observed within our double station video experiment on New Zealand in May 2002, and tried to identify meteor showers presented in the database. Although the sample of the orbits is rather small it was still possible to identify altogether 5 groups of meteors with similar orbits. Among them there were three meteor showers, which were classified as the new - ? Capricorniids, May Microscopiids and Northern and Southern Librids-Puppids.
