FibClasM is a specialized program for semiautomatic classification of muscle fibre types based on different staining of consecutive physical sections of muscle tissue. The mean luminance of the area outlined by the fibre contour is employed for the thresholds setting and the subsequent classification of the muscle fibre types. An instant visual feedback provides the user comprehensive information and the insight in the process of classification during the run of program. An exhaustive outline of the resulting classification in the form of MS Excel file is made available to the user

Czech description

FibClasM je specializovaný program pro poloautomatickou klasifikaci typů svalových vláken na základě různého barvení následných fyzických řezů svalovou tkání. Průměrná densita plochy ohraničené obrysem svalového vlákna je použita pro nastavení prahu a následnou klasifikaci typu vlákna. Bezprostřední vizuální odezva poskytuje uživateli zevrubné informace a vhled do průběhu klasifikace při běhu programu. Podrobný přehled výsledků klasifikace je uživateli zpřístupněn ve formě Excelovské tabulky
