    TEA CO2 laser-induced (thermal) ablation of amorphous silicon monoxide in gaseous methanol and hydrocarbon (ethane, ethene, ethyne) results in chemical vapour deposition of solid nano-structured polyoxocarbosilane coatings. The coatings analyzed by FTIRspectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) are revealed as composed of different SikOlHmCn configurations and containing Si---OCHx, Si---CHx and Si---H bonds (ablation in methanol) or Si---H and Si---CHx bonds (ablation in hydrocarbons). Theenrichment by H and CHx groups is dependent on methanol and hydrocarbon pressure. The incorporation of carbon during the SiO ablation in hydrocarbons grows in the series ethane

    TEA CO2 laserově (tepelně) iniciovaná ablace amorfního oxidu křemnatého v parách metanolu a uhlovodíků vede k chemické deposici pevných nano-strukturovaných polyoxokarbosilanových povlaků. Tyto materiály byly charakterizovány pomocí IČ a XP spektroskopiea interpretovány jako struktury obsahující Si-OCHx, Si-CHx and S-H vazby (ablace v parách metanolu) nebo Si-H and Si-CHx vazby (ablace v parách uhlovodíků).
