Aternative synthesis of poly(hydroxymethylsiloxane) for lipase immobilization and use of the adsorbates as esterification biocatalysts
Original language description
A medium molar mass poly(hydroxymethysiloxane) has been used for preparing supports for lipase immobilization. The supports were characterized by BET, Hg porosimetry, the degree of their crosslinking, the surface poarity and ipase loading. The potentialapplication of the adsorbates was extended by their encapsulation into a RTV siicone rubber.
Czech name
Alternativní syntéza pol y(hydroxymethylsiloxanu) pro immobilizaci lipázy a užití adsorbátů jako esterifikačních biokatalyzátorů
