Size Effects in the Course of Trapping Impurity Atoms by Nanoparticles Growing in a Supersaturated Vapor.
Original language description
In the present work, we carried out a theoretical investigation of the joint effect of the size dependence of the coeffi cient of sticking of impurity substance atoms (molecules) to the spherical nanoparticle surface and of the cohesion energy in the nanoparticle on the probability that the nanoparticle will trap the impurity atoms when it is growing in a supersaturated vapor.
