Dynamic Characteristic of Zinc Feeder

Result description

The paper deals with the mathematical and computer modeling of dynamic characteristic of an electromagnetic zinc feeder, which is a device for exact dosing of molten zinc. The first step is investigation of electromagnetic field distribution for a seriesof levels and corresponding Lorentz forces acting on it. The second step is determination of the dynamic behavior of the device consisting in finding parameters of motion of the zinc level

    Příspěvek se zabývá matematickým a počítačovým modelováním dynamické charakteristiky elektrodynamického dávkovače zinku. Pro rozdílné výšky jeho hladiny se spočte magnetické pole a odpovídající Lorentzovy síly, jež v tavenině působí. Z těchto sil se pakurčuje dynamika zařízení, tedy parametry pohybu hladiny (rychlost, zrychlení). Výpočty jsou provedeny profesionálními programy FEMLAB a SIMULINK doplněnými řadou vlastních procedur
