Mathematical model of particle saltation ? rough bed is considered. The rotation of the saltating particle can introduce force, known as Magnus force. Direction of this force is normal to the particle-fluid relative velocity and is normal to vector of its angular velocity. The formula for Magnus force for condition of large Reynolds number is used.
