This study aims to examine the effects of environmentally relevant concentrations of a mixture of seven PSYCs (citalopram, donepezil, gabapentin, methamphetamine, sertraline, tramadol, and venlafaxine) on the neurotrans-mitters in the brain, gonads, and sperm of an important fish European perch (Perca fluviatilis). It also assesses bioaccumulation, histopathological changes in gonads, and sperm quality in fish exposed to these compounds. The LC-HRMS/MS approach was used to analyze PSYCs and neurotransmitters in fish tissues.
