    Thin films were grown by pulsed laser deposition from Bi2Te3 target on fused silica substrates at substrate temperature of 410°C. The films were completely crystalline, textured with BiTe, Bi2Te3 and Bi3Te4 phases present. Bi/Te ratio in the films variedfrom 1,15 to 1,23. Films with various thicknesses were grown at the same deposition conditions in the second experiment. Films thickness varied from 20 nm to 350 nm. Oscillations of transport properties were observed.

    Pomocí pulsní laserové depozice z Bi2Te3 terče byly na křemenné substráty připraveny tenké vrstvy při teplotě substrátu 410°C. Filmy byly shledány krystalické s přítomností BiTe, Bi2Te3 and Bi3Te4 fází. Poměr Bi/Te v rozmezí od 1,15 do 1,23. Pro druhý experiment byly při stejných depozičních podmínkách připraveny filmy o různé tloušťce od 20nm do 350nm. Na těchto vzorcích byly pozorovány oscilace transportních vlastností v závislosti na tloušťce vrstvy.
