The influence of intrinsic coagulation pathway on blood platelets activation by oxidized cellulose

  • Original language description

We studied interactions of surface-bound cellulose with fibrinogen in solution and surface-bound fibrinogen with cellulose using SPR sensor. We found that the oxidized cellulose immobilized on the SPR sensor surface interacted rather weakly with human plasma albumin. Only a weak adsorption of fibrinogen to sensor surface covered with cellulose was observed. The presence of oxidized cellulose in the solution of fibrinogen was found to considerably decrease the adsorption of fibrinogen to fibrin monolayer.

Vliv intrinsické koagulační kaskády na aktivaci krevních destiček oxidovanou celulózou

  • Czech description

Práce zahrnuje studium interakcí mezi povrchově-navázanou celulózou a fibrinogenem v roztoku a povrchově-navázaným fibrinogenem a celulózou v roztoku metodou resonance povrchových plasmonů (SPR).
