    Inhibition of MAPK activation prevents phosphorylation of eukaryotic translation initiation factor eIF4E during IVM of bovine oocytes. This results show, that eIE4E is phosphorylated through MAPK pathway and that MAPK activation in bovine oocytes is onlypartly MEK-dependent.
