Colloquium introduced in 4 lectures relations among the Austrian writer Hermann Bahr and the Czech modern artists at the turn of 19th and 20th centuries. Lectures emanated especially from newly prepared edition of correspondence between Hermann Bahr andthe Czech poet, playwright and theatre director Jaroslav Kvapil, further Bahr´s contacts to other authors were discussed (J. S. Machar) as well as transformations of Bahr´s political conception of Austria during World War I.

Seminář se ve 4 přednáškách věnoval vztahům mezi rakouským spisovatelem Hermannem Bahrem a českou uměleckou modernou na přelomu 19. a 20. století. Přednášky vycházely zejména z nově připravené edice korespondence Hermanna Bahra a Jaroslava Kvapila, věnovaly se ale i vztahům k jiným autorům (J. S. Machar) a proměnám Bahrovy politické konstrukce Rakouska během 1. světové války.
