Syntaxonomy and ecology of beech forest vegetation in southwestern Poland
Original language description
Our study provides a new survey of beech forest vegetation in southwestern Poland. The vegetation units defined by unsupervised numerical classification correspond to current classifications of Central European beech forests. They are distributed over the same range of environmental conditions as throughout the rest of Central Europe, while they also reflect the local floristic and environmental patterns.
