Activation of ERK1/2 and p38 kinases by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in rat liver epithelial cells is associated with induction of apoptosis
Original language description
The present data suggest that both ERK1/2 and p38 are activated in response to dibenzo[a,l]pyrenu (DBalP) and that they might be involved in regulation of cellular response to DNA damage induced by DBalP. On the other hand, neither kinase is involved inthe release from contact inhibition induced by PAHs.
Czech name
Aktivace kináz ERK1/2 a p38 polycyklickými aromatickými uhlovodíky v jaterních epiteliálních buňkách potkana souvisí s indukcí apoptózy
