Original language name
Effect of carvedilol on reactive oxygen species and enzymes linking innate and adaptive immunity
Original language description
The effect of carvedilol was studied on stimulated superoxid generation myeloperoxidase (MPO) release and nitric oxid synthase expression in phagocytes by using receptor operating stimuli and specific inhibitors. Carvedilol dose-dependently decreased superoxid generation, MPO release and expression of nitric oxid synthase.
Czech name
Účinek karvedilolu na reaktivní kyslíkové metabolity a enzymy spojující vrozenou a adaptační imunitu
Czech description
Byl studován vliv karvedilolu na stimulovanou produkci superoxidu, uvolnění myeloperoxidázy a expresi syntázy oxidu dusnatého ve fagocytech použitím receptorových stimulů a specifických inhibitorů. Karvedilol v závislosti na dávce snižoval produkci superoxidu, uvolnění myeloperoxidázy a expresi syntázy oxidu dusnatého.
