    Our results indicate that phosphatidylcholinespecific phospholipase C is an important enzyme in the inhibition of GJIC; whereas mitogen activated protein kinases triggered in response to 1-methylanthracene, were not involved in the deregulation of GJIC.

    Výsledky studie naznačují, že fosfatidylcholin-specifická fosfolipáza C hraje významnou roli v inhibici GJIC; naopak protein kinázy aktivované mitogeny, které jsou aktivovány jako odpověď na působení 1-methylanthracenu, se na deregulaci GJIC nepodílejí.
