In this work we have analyzed chromosome structure in Tragopogon allotetraploids using GISH and FISH methods. We found that the karyotypes are no more intact but rather suffer from frequent chromosomal aberrations including uniparental monosomy and trisomy.

Czech description
V této práci jsme analyzovali metodou GISH a FISH chromosomy u allotetraploidních druhů rodu Tragopogon. Zjistili jsme, že karyotypy těchto rostlin nejsou intaktní, nýbrž že se zde vyskytují četné chromosomální aberace včetně uniparentální monosomie a trisomie.
