Os complexes conjugated to Arg5 and Arg8 increase Os uptake into A2780 human ovarian cancer cells by 2x and 10x, respectively. A 15-fold increase in binding of Os to DNA was observed for Arg8. The complexes exhibited an ability to precipitate DNA.
