Characterization of polymer monolithic stationary phases for capillary HPLC.
Original language description
The effect of the polymerization technique on the structure, flow resistance, band dispersion, and retention in the methacrylate polymer-based monolithic capillary columns was investigated. The properties of the columns were characterized and compared with those of packed octadecyl silica capillary columns.
