Comparison of monolithic silica and polymethacrylate capillary columns for LC

  • Original language description

Organic polymer monolithic capillary columns were prepared in fused silica capillaries by radical co-polymerization of ethylene dimethacrylate and butyl methacrylate monomers. The chromatographic properties of the organic polymer monolithic columns werecompared with those of commercial silica-based particulate and monolithic capillary and analytical HPLC columns.

Srovnání monolitických křemenných a polymetakrylátových kapilárních kolon pro LC

  • Czech description

V křemenných kapilárách byly připraveny pomocí radikálové kopolymerizace etylendimetakrylátu a butylmetakrylátu monolitické kapilární kolony na bázi organického polymeru. Chromatografické vlastnosti těchto kolon byly srovnány s vlastnostmi komerčních kolon na bázi křemene a monolitických kapilárních a analytických kolon pro HPLC
