Silica-based monolithic capillary columns modified by liposomes for characterization of analyte?liposome interactions by capillary liquid chromatography
Original language description
The preparation and retention properties were investigated of biomimicking stationary phase formed by immobilization of liposomes on monolithic silica-based capillary column in liquid chromatography. Two types of phospholipid vesicles were used for column modification; these were 2-oleoyl-1-palmitoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphatidyl choline with and without 1,2-diacyl-snglycero-3-phospho-L-serine.
