Original language description
The present work has aimed at further development and improvement of our concept for the fully automated DBS analyses, in compliance with the ongoing trend of miniaturization and automation of analytical procedures. Three novel features are presented in this contribution, including capillary blood collection by Capitainer®B DBS devices, their in-vial processing by the application of external pressure, and injection of their eluates from the short capillary end in an Agilent 7100 CE instrument.
