Capillary Electrophoresis with Interchangeable Cartridges for Versatile and Automated Analyses of Dried Blood Spot Samples
Original language description
The employment of two interchangeable CE cartridges for rapid autonomous DBS processing and efficient CE separation of resulting DBS eluates is proposed in this contribution. The two cartridges use individually optimized fused-silica capillaries, ensure excellent flexibility of both procedures, and significantly broaden the application range of the automated DBS analyses by CE.
