Permeation of hydrogen in Ni, Ni-Al-Cr solid solutions (.gamma.), Ni3Al(-B, Cr) (.gamma.') and in CMSX-4 superalloy single crystals was studied. The measurements of hydrogen permeability .FI. were carried out by volumetric method at atmospheric pressureof hydrogen in temperature range from 473 K to 1223 K. Samples thickness was varied to estimate the influence of surface effects upon .FI..
