Grain boundary (GB) diffusion of 67Ga in polycrystalline Mg was measured by the residual activity method in temperature range 639 ů872 K. An approximate evaluation procedure was proposed to calculate both volume diffusion coefficient Dv and GB diffusivity P=s.delta.Db (s - segregation factor, delta ů GB width, Db GB diffusion coefficient).
