Fatigue behaviour of ODS ferritic-martensitic Eurofer steel
Original language description
Low cycle fatigue properties of oxide dispersion strengthened variant of the reduced activation ferritic-martensitic ODS Eurofer steel were determined. Due to a limited volume of the material prepared by powder metallurgy, small cylindrical specimens designed for the IFMIF irradiation campaign were used. The reliability of results obtained on small specimens was verified on Eurofer 97 steel. The properties of both Eurofer variants are compared. The main improvements of the ODS variant consist of highercyclic stress level and lower cyclic softening.
