Methods of electron transport in ab initio theory of spin stiffness
Original language description
The spin-stiffness tensor of itinerant ordered and disordered ferromagnets was formulated in terms of quantities encountered in a recent theory of electron transport of random alloys. The developed formalism was applied successfully to pure ferromagnetic transition metals Fe, Co, and Ni, and to random fcc Ni-Fe and bcc Fe-Al alloys.
