Comparison of Classical SEM and ESEM Protocols for Study of Conifer Embryogenie Tissues with Using Low Temperature Conditions of ESEM
Original language description
The aim of this paper is to compare our method for ESEM study of native plant samples in a cooled state free of any preparations with conventional SEM and ESEM protocols. Our results demonstrate that ESEM is a very useful method in the study of native coniferous samples. Presented method has extended previous ESEM observation based on the specific hardiness of plant samples on low temperatures around -20°C. Our new method is generally applicable for the study of native plant samples in ESEM.
