Original language description
Coal mining in Ostrava-Karviná coalfield is being accompanied by rockbursts. 82 rockbursts occurred within the period between 1990 and 2002. Natural and technological factors from these rockbursts were collected and analysed. They confirmed that rockbursts are complex geomechanical events and that relations between co-acting technological and natural factors are very complicated.

Czech description
Těžba uhlí v ostravsko-karvinském revíru je doprovázena důlními otřesy. V období let 1990 až 2002 došlo k 82 otřesům. Přírodní a technologické faktory těchto otřesů byly zjištěny a analyzovány. Potvrdilo se, že důlní otřesy jsou komplexním geomechanickýmjevem a že vztahy mezi působícími technologickými a přírodními faktory jsou velmi složité.
