New version of software aimed to estimate values in inner cells of any contingency table from its marginals. The calculation is based on minimum divergence adaptation of discrete bivariate distributions to given marginals. Software can be used for reliable pre-elections estimates of electoral results in sub-national electoral units based on knowledge of electoral results in analogous elections and nation-wide pre-election opinion polls.
