Single cell gel electrophoresis was applied to study the influence of occupational exposure to PAHs on the DNA damage detected in lymphocytes of exposed persons, and on the cellular susceptibility to the induction of oxidative damage. Comparison of results obtained in unexposed and exposed donors was made.
