Influence of occupational exposure to PAHs on the induction and repair of DNA damage induced by challenging dose and evaluated by the alkaline version of the SCGE assay.
Original language description
Single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) was applied for studied of influence of occupational exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons on the DNA damage detected in lymphocytes of exposed persons, and cellular susceptibility to the induction of oxidative damage. Comparison of results obtained in unexposed and exposed donors was made.
