The study of the genotoxic effect of single c-PAHs and their binary and artificial mixtures, as well as the environmental mixtures such as EOM (extractable organic matter adsorbed to respirable air particles) using normal human diploid lung fibroblasts (HEL). DNA adducts were determined by 32P-postlabelling and the expression of p53 and p21WAF1 proteins by western blotting. Both DB[al]P and B[a]P were chosen to assess the genotoxic effect of other c-PAHs when present in binary mixtures

Studie genotoxického účinku karcinogenních c-PAU a jejich binárních a modelových směsí a také environmentálních směsí EOM (extrahovatelné organické látky adsorbované na respirabilních částicích vzduchu) za použití normálních lidských diploidních plicníchbuněk (HEL). DNA adukty byly stanoveny pomocí 32P-labelingu a expresí proteinů p53 a p21WAFl metodou western blottingu. DB[aI] i B[a]P byly vybrány jako vhodné pro hodnocení genotoxického účinku jiných c-PAU přítomných v binárních směsích
