    Modeling of snRNP Motion in the Nucleoplasm

  • Original language description

    The article deals with the dynamics of the assembly and movement of snRNPs inside the cell nucleus. The in vivo snRNP dynamics was tested in the frame of a simple diffusion model, which was used to fit experimental values. The results of fits to analytical solutions of the diffusion equation indicate that the simple diffusion model is not consistent with the experimental data, a correction of the model was therefore proposed.
