Gamma-Tubulin In chicken Erythrocytes: Changes in Locakalization During Cell Differentiation of Cytoplasmic Complexes.
Original language description
We followed gamma-tubulin distribution in developing erythrocytes and characterized its soluble forms. Subcellular localization of gamma-tubulin changed in the course of differentiation, and in postnatal peripheral erythrocytes it was found only in soluble forms. Soluble gamma-tubulin occurred in multiple charge variants and it is post-translationaly modified.
