Prospects for immunotherapy of MHC class I-deficient tumours.
Original language description
More attention should be paid to the MHC class I status of the neoplasms during the elaboration of tumour immunotherapy protocols with regard to the possible cytokine therapy. Prospectively, the therapeutic role of the induction of MHC class I expressionby demethylation and acetylation agents prior to or simultaneously with the immunotherapy should also be investigated.
